General Information

These General Conditions of Sales govern all quotations, orders, and deliveries of aluminum foil packaging materials supplied by our company. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Information

All technical specifications, product descriptions, dimensions, and performance data published on this website are provided for general reference. Minor variations in color, dimensions, weight, or packaging may occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a product defect.

Quotations

All quotations are non-binding unless otherwise specified.
Prices are based on current raw material costs, exchange rates, transportation expenses, and manufacturing costs. Prices may be revised prior to order confirmation if market conditions change.

Unless otherwise stated:

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 5 metric tons
Prices are quoted in USD
Shipping terms are specified in each quotation

Orders

Orders become valid only after written confirmation from our sales department.

Any modification or cancellation of an order after confirmation may result in additional production, storage, or logistics costs.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

50% advance payment by bank transfer before production
Remaining balance payable before shipment

Alternative payment terms may be agreed individually for long-term business partners.

Production & Delivery

Production schedules begin after receipt of the advance payment and approval of all technical specifications.

Estimated delivery times are provided for planning purposes and may vary depending on production capacity, raw material availability, customs procedures, or international shipping conditions.

The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Shipping

Products are supplied according to the Incoterms specified in the commercial quotation or purchase agreement.

Risk transfers to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

Quality Assurance

Our products are manufactured using food-grade raw materials and comply with applicable international food packaging standards.

Certificates and laboratory test reports are available upon request for specific products.

Inspection and Claims

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods immediately upon arrival.

Any claim regarding quantity, visible damage, or manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days after delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Returns

Due to the customized nature of many products, returns are accepted only after prior written agreement.

Products manufactured according to customer-specific specifications cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or shortages of raw materials.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, drawings, artwork, technical documentation, and printed materials developed for customers remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

​

Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all commercial agreements shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Seller's registered business.
